Connected project data:

• Project identifier (project_ref) and project name.

• API keys or service tokens (stored encrypted).

• Project metrics: active users, requests, storage usage, database size, tables, etc.

Usage data:

• Activity logs within Reutical, including access, queries, alerts, and actions taken.

• Browser or device information to improve the user experience (browser type, IP address, operating system).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain Reutical, including dashboards and project metrics.

• To generate alerts and automated reports according to your preferences.

• To analyze trends and improve product functionality.

• To comply with legal and security obligations.

3. Data Protection

• Encryption: All API keys and tokens are encrypted before storage in our database.

• Restricted access: Only our Edge Functions and secure backend can decrypt API keys.

• Secure transmission: All connections use HTTPS to protect data in transit.

• Secure storage: Data is stored in Supabase with standard industry security measures.

4. Sharing Information

• We do not sell your personal data or API keys.

• We may share aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and product improvement purposes, without identifying individual users or projects.

• We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal processes.

5. Data Retention

• We retain your data while your account is active.

• If you delete your account, all associated data, including API keys and project metrics, will be permanently removed.

• You can request data deletion at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.

6. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the data Reutical stores about you.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Delete your data and associated projects (“Right to be Forgotten”).

• Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time.

• Opt-out of the sale of personal data (applies under CCPA; Reutical does not sell user data).
