By accessing or using Reutical (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Reutical, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Reutical may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to notify Reutical immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Each account is for individual or business use and may not be shared without prior authorization.

3. Use of the Service

• Connect your Supabase projects and view aggregated metrics.

• Receive alerts, reports, and insights generated by the Service.

• Manage multiple projects from a centralized dashboard.

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws.

• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ projects or data.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service.

• Attempt to disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

4. Data and Security

• You retain ownership of your data and API keys.

• By using Reutical, you grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service.

• All sensitive data (API keys) are stored encrypted.

• Reutical implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Fees and Payments

• Access to Reutical may be subject to subscription fees as described on the website.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Reutical reserves the right to modify fees with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of Reutical are the property of Reutical or its licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.

• Reutical logos, trademarks, and branding are protected by intellectual property law.

7. Termination

• Reutical may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

• You may terminate your account at any time; all data associated with your account will be deleted upon termination.

• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Reutical provides the Service “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind.

• Reutical is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

• Reutical does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

• Your use of third-party services integrated with Reutical is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reutical, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

• Any content you submit or share through the Service.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Costa Rica.

11. Changes to Terms

• Reutical may revise these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
